
Quality Made Easy – Aged Care (QME-AC) is an organisation established by two experienced industry professionals to
assist owners, management and staff of aged care facilities to more easily meet Australian Accreditation Standards.
Helen Hill and Wendy Smallwood, the founders of QME-AC, have developed an exciting new approach to simplify
quality management systems for residential aged care services.
Called the QME-AC System, the methodology enables easy quality management throughout each facility in a manner,
which is non-disruptive to normal day-to-day operations, effective and meets the standards of the Accreditation process.

A representative from the QME-AC team will visit your aged care facility and tailor the QME-AC package of documents
and services to suit your home’s particular needs.
Your staff will be trained to undertake audits and surveys. The forms are simple and can easily be completed during
normal working hours with minimal disruption to the working day. This delegation of responsibility will also build staff
esteem and help them learn about ways in which they can contribute to the efficient running of the home and gaining
Accreditation.

to a new year, the work is done. All you need to do is archive the previous year and commence work on the new
